COVID-19 Update

Update as of 6th November 2020:

Our main concern is as always the safety of our staff and customers. For a long time now we have strict procedures in place to protect us and you. These involve the wearing of facemasks, regular hand sanitising and socially distant working / quoting services. Whilst we are sad to see a new lockdown being brought in, we agree with the reasons and it will not stop us from helping you.

Government advice is specifically allowing house moves to carry on during the second lockdown. So keeping with our current procedures we will strive to serve you.

We still need to ask for extra precautions from you. If we are in your home for quoting or for your move, please allow us 2 metres to work. Please open your windows and doors to help with ventilation. We will sanitize our hands regularly.

In addition to this, we are keeping our contact with people outside of work to an absolute minimum. Our priority is to keep the business running as normal.

Stay safe! We will get through this together!

UPDATE as of 11th May 2020:

Due to the slight easing of restrictions we are commencing work today. To all our customers that have had to put their plans on hold during this difficult time, thank you for bearing with us.

Due to the tentative nature of the easing of restrictions we feel it may be necessary to take deposits on some moves. We hope you understand.

During this time it still remains our top-most priority to keep our customers and staff safe. This will mean we will be providing extra kit to our staff. This will be in the form of masks, gloves and various sanitizers. This will help to protect us and you. Staff will also check their temperature each morning before work.

We also need to ask for extra measures from you. These include allowing our staff 2 metres distance to work. We suggest if you have somewhere outside your home to sit, like your car, or your garden if the weather permits then please vacate your house for us. We hope you understand.
